The dry cat food is really good, but in spite of signing up for their auto-delivery service, the company doesn't seem to be able to reliably supply the food on schedule.

I know everyone has supply chain issues at the moment, but when you have MONTHS to prepare to send out an order, you should be able to deliver, and if you are not, customers deserve more than a couple of days warning that their order isn't coming.

I purchased 2 products on separate occasions and interacted with CS. The first time was due to a mis advertised item. I received a speedy reply and offered a couple different choice to resolve issue and was pleased with CS. The second time, not so much. I had purchased a dog food and had inquired later that had it been tested for heavy metals. I also asked that if so, could they share the results. I was assured that it was tested but was told they do not share results with the public. They didn't even confirm that the levels were within safe limits. I then asked for a refund and return shipping label. I received a refund the next day but apparently they didn't want the product back. It isn't even being offered as available as I write this. I give em 5 stars for CS but 1 star for transparency.

THE WORST PRODUCT & CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I have been buying the Only Natural Pet PowerFunction Skin & Coat Dinner, which has super food bites & 100% raw wild salmon. However, when I bought a bag of it last time, there are barely no super food bites and 100% raw wild salmon in it. I contacted the company directly since they were the one manufactured it, but the customer service was VERY rude and not helpful at all. They told me just to take it back to the store I got it from. RIDICULOUS!!!!! No apology or offering for free bag coupon whatsoever!!! I highly recommend to AVOID ANY PET FOODS from this useless company with VERY POOR quality control.

This simple product, in the past year, has proven itself 100%. There is a trick though. (You have to start using it BEFORE a flea infestation) This is a chemical-free preventative. It doesn't kill fleas, it makes your pet a less appetizing target. As a result, fleas won't want to hitch a ride into your home. Oh, and there is a bonus domino effect, my super-sensitive indoor cat has been scab-free for the first time in years!

Our elderly dog Chico, hes a full bred Pocket Pit , started having joint issues , losing muscle , he can barely walk. Ever since we have been giving him the Hemp chews he looks and seems so much better and happier ! Thank You !

I placed a new order on Monday, 9/30, and of Thursday 10/3 my new order is still sitting in limbo/unfulfilled. I'm pretty sure there's a glitch in their new website that does not send the completed order to the shipping dept. I guess I'll have to start ordering from Chewy.com.After getting no response from emails, I finally broke down and called customer service.
They said they weren't sure why my order hasn't shipped after sitting in limbo for 10 days (I'm thinking there's a glitch somewhere in their new website, but tha't just my theory). She apologized, and refunded my money, and said they're shipping it out today :)I placed an order on 9/16/19, and presently the status shows it is still "unfulfilled"!
I sent 'em an email on 9/20, and as of present day, I have yet to hear from anyone.
I'm gonna open a paypal dispute this Friday if no one responds.

Plus, their updated website isn't as user friendly as their previous website :(It looks like OnlyNaturalPet has fixed their shipping problems.
I placed my most recent order on 6/19 and the tracking number shows it is scheduled to arrive 6/21!
5 stars!Since my last mediocre reviews of OnlyNaturalPet.com, I've had nothing but GREAT experiences when ordering from this site. Orders are now arriving between 3-4 days.

I will only buy my pet food from Only Natural Pet. The best Pet food
